樓主啊，按你的實際情況，最簡單的辦法就是： 1。買一本最薄最小的中英文字典，大概1000詞匯的，把里面的單詞全背了。因為很小，你背起來很多熟悉的詞，很有成就感，能繼續背下去。小的也方便攜帶。太厚的字典和單詞書，你一看全不認識，就不想學了。 2。背完第一本字典，換一本厚一點的，2000-4000詞匯的，繼續按上面的方法背。 3。
隨便買一本語法書，簡單看下，有個印象就行，不必死記硬背。 4。找到歷年的4,6級全真體和市面上好點的仿真體，現在就開始做習題了。一套卷子做完后，不管對錯，都把答案背下來。放一個月再作一次。1套卷子這樣做3-4次，就差不多了。你一共做100套卷子，肯定能過4,6級。碰到不懂的語法問題，回到剛才買的語法書，看看，能看懂就看，看不懂就背下來。
5。關于聽力，這個以你的條件，只能聽聽仿真題了，連聽帶猜吧，估計你很難堅持學聽力的，太艱苦了。只是為了考試，沒必要每天聽voa。 6。關于寫作，找幾個萬能題目，找幾份萬能寫作提綱，寫5篇左右的范文，交給英語好的人幫你改好，沒有錯誤。然后背會。主要是熟悉寫作的框架和思路，內容是次要的。碰到更好。但是只能保證你是個及格分。
